Sorry but i'm from houston but grew up in NY so i like both fighters, but more of a diaz fan. I thought Malinaggi should've got the win the decision. Even though malinaggi lost to hatton he is still a dangerous fighter and gave cotto some good early rounds till cotto finished him off. Sorry Diaz but you lost last night.Comment

Much respect to Paulie for putting GBP and Texas judging constituents on blast. The man knew this before taking the fight and was vocal about prior. Paulie won that fight , and although I was never a fan of his the man earned my respect that night concluding in an all out robbery. Right now boxing is in a state of crisis because of MMA ratings soaring, this just puts the cherry on top.
Peace.Comment

I had posted that I was rooting for Diaz a couple days ago. I scored the fight for Paulie. It was obvious he won. It was really pathetic that with all the factors in Diaz' favor that he still could not beat Malinaggi convincingly. I thought even with all their crappy cards, that at least Golden Boy and De La Hoya were doing better for the sport than the corruption that Don King brought. I'm starting to think I was wrong.Comment

You might be right about calderon but cotto wins no matter where he fights, unless he is fighting a certified cheater, then he loses. But you might be right, it's like all of Pacquiao's fights. They are mostly in philippines, las vegas(which is close to LA, heavy filipino pop). I see margarito fought alot in mexico and los angeles where it's heavily mexican. You might have something there....NOT. A fighter fights where they sell better.Comment
