At least Lennox Lewis backed Paulie up, agreein that he'd be pissed too if that happened to him. That fight was close, but those scorecards were criminal. I felt Paulie won by 2 pts. I know he didn't lose, and if he did on even the most bias card it shouldn't have been by more than 1 round. This was A-grade bull****. Paulie deserves better, he has paid his dues and I sincerely hope that he gets some big fights in the future, including a Diaz rematch OUTSIDE OF TEXAS. Phuck Houston!
Houston, We’ve Got A Problem With Your Scoring

Max, how could you have said everything you said with a straight face. Up to now, you were my favorite on HBO along with Emanuel Steward. Tonight, you were piss-poor. Paulie's lack of huge fan base and Diaz' strong fan base in Houston is enough to justify this robbery? You are better than that Max. For once, I was actually wishing that we were watching Larry Merchant, Lampley, and Emanuel Stewart because I think we would have gotten some unbias, non-Golden Boy kiss asses, who would have called a spade a spade. So according to you Max, any fighter Juan Diaz should beat in Houston doesn't even deserve a shot. The fight should be won at the negotiating table. Diaz may not lose a fight for the rest of his career on this logic. Diaz lost the fight and HBO was too much of a wuss to admit it. I bet if you ask Juan Diaz, he may even be man enough to admit it.Comment

Truely embarrasing. This is the reason fans turn away. I love this sport too much to stop watching but if this **** keeps happening i dont see how i can keep watching.Comment

This is bull****...just like I said before, no way in hell Paulie can win with a decision. The only way an opponent is going to beat BABY BULL**** in HOUSTON is if it was a KO, like what Marquez did. The fight was close, but I had to give the slight edge on Malinaggi, that was total robbery and no doubt a hometown decision, let alone a ****in judge who saw the fight 118-110, Raul Caiz who was also on the radar before this fight scored it a little better, but should have gone to Malinaggi. This is one of the few reasons boxing is dying. I couldn't disagree anymore than what PAULIE said, he was dead on with his statement. Unfortunately fighters has to sell their records to make money in Houston, specially if your fighting BABY BULL****...Comment

YEAH ONLY A ****IN GUY FROM HOUSTON would even dare to comment. You know that your boy BABY BULL**** lost that fight. The headbutt was ruled accidental by the referee. Anyone who seen this fight and think that it was not a robbery, a hometown decision, must be from HOUSTON.Comment

Good thing the Chris John/Rocky Juarez rematch is going to be in Vegas and not in Houston.
Paulie won hands down. Hope he gets another big fight, he deserves it.
This fight was packaged for Diaz with a pretty bow. Catch weight, judges, hometown. He was supposed to win. Cong**** Baby Bull!Comment

Hey Paulie-
You've got some fans here in Miami. Why don't you take Juan Urango's belt here at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and then you'll at least have a 140 pound belt that others may want a crack at. Keep the great career going. Don't let Golden Boy run you out of the business.Comment
