60 to the winner and 40 to the loser sounds fair to me. bhop could beat jones at this point of their career i cant see any reason why bhop would decline this offer

by the way, whats the obsession about throwing hooks?

BHop isn't ducking Jones imo. He wants any fight they have on his terms.. and he's right to do this, he doesn't need Roy.

If Roy wants that fight so bad he should take 60-40. He's got no leverage to demand more. Hopkins has wins against all of his conquerors.

The fact that Jones won't accept anything that isn't at least down the middle tells me he doesn't want the fight.

whats wrong with 60 going to the winner, i think thats a good idea. b-hop doesnt seem to confident he would win. but at least we know that roy aint duckin him

                Yes.The Jones-Hopkins rematch is unknown.

Almost everyone says Hopkins can beat Jones at this point. But they never have the rematch.Who knows the result?

IMO,Hopkins lost to Winky Wright. He was also beat twice by Jermain Taylor. He won 4 round at most against Calzaghe. If a prime Jones fight Tarver and G.Johnson,he also can defeat them very easily!

Although the RJJ is not the young RJJ,Hopkins isn't also the prime B-Hop.

Roy doesn't want that fight so bad, because he has defeated Hopkins in 1993 by one hand.

By the way,I think Jones-Hopkins 2 can earn more money than Hopkins vs winner of Dawson-Johnson 2.The Jones-Hopkins 2 is the fight everyone wants to watch!Winner to take 60 is fair.I believe Jones will outbox Hopkins if the rematch is on!

In my opinion, Jones still could beat Hops and Hopkins knows it. He knows his legacy will be tarnished if he lost to a past his prime Rjj. No way anybody brings Hopkins more money other than a Klitschko and he still shuts the door. I think if there ever was a sign Hopkins was scared of the fight, it has surfaced once again.
