He doesn't need to - he just needs to outbox him for 12 rounds. Not that that is easy - it's easy to outbox Froch in the early rounds, but Froch fights with such intensity that any lapse in concentration on Dirrel's part could spell the end for him. But Dirrell certainly has a chance, provided he's totally focussed for all 12 rounds. I think Froch is the narrow favourite, though.

Who's hyping up Dirrell? He's not one of the favourites to win the tourney. Those who think Dirrell will beat Froch don't think Dirrell will win the tourney, they just don't rate Froch as highly as you do.

Dirrell has all the tools to win this fight. Dirrell has only one problem. He does not as of yet really understand the extent of his physical capabilities. He is a very strong kid at this weight but he does not know it yet. There is a beast inside Dirrell, he just not aware of it yet. Watch the Hanshaw fight and you will see what Dirrell is capable off. Froch fans be very nervous, this is not a easy fight for Froch.
