Calderon has won all his fight with a margin of 3 or more points in all the judges scorecards, with the exception of the Cazares fight and the Draw due to the cut against Mayol and we are talking a bout 33 fights here. He has not only won his fights, he has won by far while dominating his oponents with the most purest boxing skills in the sport today.
True that he can't probably KO a 2 year old boy but that's what makes him so special. Even with no punching power he uses his offensive and defensive skills to beat everybody that he has faced, not to mentioned that he defended his WBO minimum weight title 11 times and then went up directly to fight the WBO and lineal light flightweight title and champion of the moment (Cazares), and he even beat him with 3 or more points on the scorecards and has defended that title 3 time with success and 1 draw (to Mayol because of a cut).
If Calderon would had been a true power puncher we will be witnessing a perfect unbeatable boxer and would not even be fair for him to have faced the oponents that he has.
In my opinion he is currently underrated but i understand why. These small division do not have the popularity of the higher divisions and these type of pure boxing style in kind of extinct now.
But if you look at Boxing Scene's P4P list Calderon has dominated more his oponents than what Hopkins, Mosley and JMM have. All above Calderon on the P4P list.
Calderon Overrated, Now that's a good Joke
