Do you really think that I guy bigger quicker and stronger than JMM won't have a chance against a guy that JMM almost beat????

I beleive that Cotto will win this fight but i recognize that Pacman has a chance to win it. We will only know when the fight ends.

True that this will be Cotto's biggest pay day but this doesn't mean that it will be his toughest fight. Mosley, Margarito and Clottey represent IMO higher risk for Cotto than Pacman and i could be wrong but that's the way i see it. It will be a matter of opinion.

One thing is for sure with no if an buts about it.

Cotto will be Pacman's toughest fight in his whole career!!!!. (up till now)

wait till nov 14 and you will believe... at this point no one can beat the pacman but himself. if he dectates the terms and condition on what weight to fight and what will be the opponent with roach guidance pacman will always be the winner.. just dont argue just believe.. and if you dont believe just be quite..

Lots of idiots here are just riding the Pac hype train. He's a great fighter but he's not the invinsible monster a lot of people here claim him to be.

Calderon is a good choice to help Cotto with timing Pac's movement, he could very well emeulate Pac's style sans the power and it will help Cotto be ready for Pac's movement.

Not Argueing, just asked you a question, every body has their rights to their opinion but what really surprised me from your post is that you don't give Cotto not even a chance to beat Pacquiao but that's okay, as I said in my post and you repeated, we will only know when the fight ends. By the way there will be no excuses because Pacman is "dectating" the term, conditions and weight while having Roach guidance.
Its okay if you still beleive that Cotto has no chance against Pacquiao I just don't beleive so, and that's okay too!!!!

These are my thoughts as well... Not saying Cotto has a sure win here (no such thing)... but i don't think Pac can beat Shane, Marg, and Clottey..not bc of his ability but because of his size.. I honestly think he's too small for the ww division... I like Pac but this isn't Cotto's biggest challenge..Marg was..

As the smaller guy, i expect Pacman to back up and Cotto to be the attacker. But Pacquiao is not a runner.

I agree, he is not a runner, he will be probably more carefull and use a different stategy with Cotto but Pacman is a warrior and as the fight goes on with the drenaline rising high we will see a great action packed and most likely bloody fight.
However i don't see Pacman as aggresive against Cotto unless he notice that Cotto won't be able to hurt him, then and only then we will see the usual Pacquaio. Roach is a great trainer and he will be concern and aware of Cotto's power, jab and counterpunching skills.

                      Agreed.
IMO Pacquiao is boxing's best P4P iwth PBF close by because of his recent inactivity, however if Pacquiao beats Cotto he will increase the gap between the #1 P4P best and #2 P4P best even if PBF beat JMM decisively and Pacman struggles to beat Cotto.

A win over Cotto will mean a lot more than a win over JMM and will raise Pacman's value and standing in the All Time Greats in an already Hall Of Fame career.

But once again that's if he beats Cotto. If he loses there's nothing to be a shame of either.
