Wlads chin is being ridiculously underrated here... Lewis was knocked out cold twice and Holy never put him on the canvas in 24 rounds and rarely did Evander KO guys with 1 punch. Wlad wouldn't have a problem with Holy's power.
I dunno, his knockdown from Davryl Williamson looked pretty...weak.

but yea, Wlad isnt one to stay KOed...but he keeps his rubbery legs for a while.

    he does have heart though.

Uhh...just look at the olympics. If Mark Spitz was swimming today, regardless of suits he wouldn't swim for many college teams. Mark Spitz's world record time in the 100 freestyle for examply in 72 was 51:22. Michael Phelps in warmups in trunks goes 51, and the world record is a 46. In every non-subjective sport (i.e. sports based on distance, time etc...) athletes have improved astronomically over recent years...yet people with bad cases of nostalgia feel like in subjective sports that the past was better. Put Bird and Magic on the court against Lebron and Kobe and it'd be a laugh. Put prime Shaq up against Wilt and Shaq would destroy him. Athletes are so different now. Granted Holyfield was roiding, so in that respect it went backwards, but we have so much more knowledge about athletics and training now that we did just 2 decades ago. There are people on here who actually feel like Jack Dempsey could beat a prime Tyson or Joe Louis or Rocky Marciano could beat Vitali...its a joke. Every sport we are able to measure athletes are stronger, faster, bigger, and have more stamina, but people think that doesn't correlate to sports we can't measure?

Jesse Owens is often considered the best athlete of all time. His 100m time of 10.2 would have been good for last place in the most recent olympics.

Oh and Vitlai crushes Holyfied. Wlad today beats holyfield down as well...roids or no roids. Too big, Holyfield hit like the cruiser he was and struggled with taller guys.

Its more than possible Wlad jabs Holyfield to death and clinches when Evander gets inside neutralizing any attack Holy has. Its also possible Holyfields workrate wears Klitschko down and he gets TKOd later in the fight. Also it DOES take a big puncher to put down Wlad Im sick of hearing that ridiculous ****.

Boxing is much more complicated than track or swimming. those are linear...you need to have good technique, but otherwise its pretty strtaightfoward and relies on body type and athleticism.

in boxing, you can be the perfect athlete, and still get murdered when you go up against some 'fatty' like James Toney.

guys like Hopkins, Moore and Foreman are proof of this. in their 40s, yet still ended up champs/successful against top level guys, 20 years past their athletic primes.

you dont see that in any other sports.

DaVarryl Williamson put down Wlad with a pretty weak punch. people exaggerate Wlad's chin sometimes, but its below average.

its not often you see him take a clean punch and take it in stride.

BTW, for someone who "couldn't punch" Evander was the first fighter to drop both Bowe and Mercer.
