On Cotto worried about the belt, he is not. As a matter of fact you just used similar words on what he said. He said that if he vacates the title there will be more opportunity for that or other titles down the line. He didn't mentione vacated title though because I guess he can't predict the future.
Whether he has won his titles vacated or not the truth is that Cotto has fought the best available without fear, complains nor "crying".

By the way as per our own numbers Cotto will be making 15 million for this fight NOT BAD FOR A GUY THAT "ONLY WINS VACATE TITLES, don't you think.

Does Cotto deserve this kind of belt? Let him keep his WBO belt in his closet. Diamon Belt should be given as an incentive for those who comes up and challenge heavier opponents and not for heavy boxers going down unless it is at least 5 lbs below his weight class.
