    i prefer tito.

i got to watch all of tito's fights in his prime.

how many of gomez's fights did you get to see live on tv?

tito is terribly underrated. wilfredo might be better skilled but tito ain't no scrub either.

i prefer tito. you have your own. so eat a **** and leave my pick alone.

you don't see me criticize anyone for saying gomez. it's an opinion and point of view.

don't make it seem like bazooka was head and shoulders above tito's career.

there was a 1 year period when tito destroyed reid , vargas and joppy that everyone thought tito was unstoppable. i was one of those who sipped on the syrup.

None of those guys were very durable, or were that good. The Vargas win was huge though. Too bad Tito weighed in more than Hopkins and still got destroyed. . He thought he was fighting a Vargas or a Joppy again.

I think Tito reached higher levels and was way more popular than Gomez or Benitez but Gomez had more skills,Also what about Esteban De Jesus he did what none could do which was to beat Duran AT his Prime

                defending my opinion.

mofo's on here be tito hating too much.

tito was a great fighter. he lose to a freaking light heavyweight at middleweight and all of a sudden people jump off the bandwagon.

i was tito guy when he was on top , i'll still be a tito guy even when people forget who he was.

I don't know how old you are but take it from someone who was around. Gomez in Puertorico was a God at one point. You want to talk abotu a legend in that Island.....

Tito was popular because he filled a void left by the great PR fighters of the 80's and 70's. In reality though, I think Tito wasn't even a top 3 PR fighter all time. He was a very hard puncher but had nothing on Gomez, Benitez or even De Jesus skill wise.

You might laugh at me but Macho Camacho was an incedible talent. The fastest fighter I ahev ever seen in his prime. Even Sugar Ray Leonard said he was faster than him.....if it wasn't for his ****y attitude, lack of focus, drugs and women, he could have been one of the greatest of all time IMO.

How was Hopkins a light heavyweight? Who weighed in more at the weight in. Also, was Winky Wright a light heavyweight? NO

The problem was when Tito faced fighters he couldn't blast out he was really a sittign duck.
