I don't think Hatton is a C class fighter at all.. He was a champ. lack defensive skills but got mad heart.. Gotta respect Hatton even though he's a crybaby.

Hatton did only lose to 2 gr8 fighters. A loss is a loss, but it obviously looks better to be beaten by the best than lower class comp. I do agree this don't mean he's a gr8 fighter tho. Hatton is pretty tough, but not gr8.

Americans just love picking holes in foreign fighters who threaten to get anywhere near the level of their fighters.

Over the past few days we have learned that:
Lennox lewis is a c level fraud
Amir khan would lose to Erik Morales by 1st round tko NOW
Nigel Benn was a glass jawed bum
Joe Calzaghe is C level at best
Chris Eubank was a limited feather fisted bum.
Hatton is lucky to be c level

Even myself who is a massive hatton fan ever claimed Hatton was a great fighter. He's a HoF level fighter not first ballot by any means but he'll get in.

Unless i said a great BRITISH fighter.

D level fighter - Fraudly Harrison
C level fighter - Frank Bruno
B level fighter - Clinton Woods
A level fighter - Ricky Hatton
A+ level fighters are 4-5 per generation and Hatton fell short of that level, hardly a thing to be ashamed about, hell Calzaghe doesn't even make A+ level and He's undefeated.
