When a guy ducks the best fighters while fighting garbage collectors,off duty cops and postmen then yeah hes a fraud/sham.

When people thought of him as great on his run from MW to HW, he never even beat a linear champion (top champ in the division) and he never once defended against his top rated contender. Roy is the ultimate paper champion, he is a fraud of the highest order.

At MW: Won a vacant strap against Bernard Hopkins. Made a couple of defences against nobodys then moved up when G-Man was a clear #1 contender to him.

At SMW: Fought a dead at the weight James Toney (Liles was the linear champ at the time) and won. Fought cops and postmen instead of fighting Eubank, Benn and Liles.

At LHW: Won a vacant title against Griffin (at the second time of asking) then went on to duck DM for a whole 5 years.

At HW: Fought Ruiz who wasn't even top 3 for a Don King manufactured strap, Got called out by Lewis then ran away back to 175.

The first time Roy fought a #1 contender was Antonio Tarver after moving down from HW and the only reason he took that fight was because Lewis called him out.

Jermain Taylor is my favorite active fighter but Hopkins arguebly beat him, both times.
