Sounds like an Episode of Matlock. The Messed up thing is everyone On Both sides is going to be fighting over that money like wild Monkeys instead of actually mourning the loss of Gatti. At least Gatti Kids and his Fans will mourn him properly. I love how they said everything was left to his wife and nothing to his kids and Family. Sounds like the family wants a piece of that Pie too. I am sure more Dis-Information will be coming out on both sides for the next few months and its a coin flip on who to believe. It is weird that changes were made a few weeks ago to the will but at the same why the hell was he in Brazil if he didnt love her. The Family should get No Money whatsoever. Gattis kids lost a father and im sad to say but all the income he could of provided for them had he lived. The Kids need the money for schooling and i dont know maybe counseling considering the Live Action Drama unfolding under their eyes. It sounds like a Unsensitve thing to say but what will the family do with all the money left to them. The first thing they would do is use Gattis money to pay for his funeral and GraveStone. Then What??? Big Screen TV so Gattis kids can watch TV. SUV to take Gattis Kids around. NEw House so Gattis Kids can have a nice Place. I have seen that before and trust me its better to leave the money to the kids than let the Family blow it.Comment

Well so far the kids situation isn't clear either.
His daughter Sofia is with her mother Erika Rivera who he already was paying child support.
And Arturo Jr. is with the brazilians whore family.
Since Pat Lynch can't take the money,Gatti's family should get at least part of it.It was their son,broter,cousing,etc.
Certainly better than the ***** getting the money.Comment

Of course the family should get some, pertaining to what was Gatti's own intent. The ***** NEEDS to be cut out completely, but that is a separate concern.
This seems like a clear cut case of fraud in the case of the will, and perhaps insurance fraud as well. No need to slander the family of the fallen over this.Comment

This is what the 2nd autopsy reports should indicate. They've already confirmed there are wounds that the 1st autopsy didn't report - what these are we haven't been told yet.
Plus, the toxicology report isn't in for 2 weeks - if that suggested that Arturo had some kind of sleeping drug in his system, then the heat is right back on Amanda and the Brazilian authorities.
It also needs to be confirmed whether she was encouraging him to drink excessively during that night too: 2 bottles of wine and 7-10 cans of beer...I'd be gone.
We also don't know how much she had to drink either...
If is he was that drunk and drugged, then you're looking at a scenario where he utterly passed out at the apartment, and a couple of guys could've picked him up and hanged him, easy. No struggle, nothing.
