No - what I mean is, if it's found to be homicide by the Canadian authorities, they then have to re-liaise with the Brazilian Feds and somehow get them to re-open and re-investigate this case.
You think they're going to play ball and do that unless it's absolute concrete evidence?
Nah - it'll then go down as 'oh-in-that-case-some-other-3rd-party-must-have-done-it-then' (i.e. the hired help, which can't really be proved unless someone knows something and lets it slip) and she'll then get the lot, regardless.

So that make you wonder - it would be in her best interests, financial that is, for the result to be murder, and not suicide....surely?

What would make him change the will and put everything in
her name and not leave nothing for his kid which will carry
on his name and legacy? Not even nothing for his family?
Gatti had serious issues. It's a sad but he kind of invited
          this unfortunate tragedy to happen.

Ialtough hope doubt the canadians will be able to put a cse in which they could say she murdered him.I'm afraid this will forever remain a ''suicide'' officially.Which sucks cuz I don't believe it.

            Yes.Good question guys.

It seems a while ago she demanded the same thing and Gatti had a talk with the lawyer before so they went to his office and Arturo asked him for the ''papers'' and procedeed to rip the old will apart. She was happy and left but the whole thing was just a sharade as the paper didn't mean anything.
She probably found out about it anad demanded a real will.

Anyway yeah he shouldn't have married a stripper but hell.....how could he have known she would murder him?
Like Mike Skowronsky from Team Gatti said:''During the years I was his cornerman and friend many strippers entered his life but they just come and go.I thought the same would happne with her''.
Also it seems Artur owas a very unique person from all points of view....altough he ****ed plenty of girls in the NJ area along the years a interview with Erika Rivera, his ex-fiancee and mother of daughter Sofia said something I thought was very interesting:''Arturo was charming, good looking and mannered but he didn't understand people and women in general''.Hmm....

              1) You still get life insurance even if it was suicide.
2)surely if guys strangled him there would be choke marks on his neck?? I've enough csi to know that there always some sort of mark left to choke someone to death, a fair bit of force is required, considering the gatti would have been struggling to get free.

Well the thing is the thugs could have helped him ''hang himself''.

In his condition I doubt he would be struggling much.

Nothing is left in Gatti's will to his children or family. The change was made only three weeks before his death on July 11. Gatti's family did not find out the information until last week. This gets more sickening everyday.
