Plus, the toxicology report isn't in for 2 weeks - if that suggested that Arturo had some kind of sleeping drug in his system, then the heat is right back on Amanda and the Brazilian authorities.

It also needs to be confirmed whether she was encouraging him to drink excessively during that night too: 2 bottles of wine and 7-10 cans of beer...I'd be gone.
We also don't know how much she had to drink either...

If is he was that drunk and drugged, then you're looking at a scenario where he utterly passed out at the apartment, and a couple of guys could've picked him up and hanged him, easy. No struggle, nothing.

But how the f!cuk do you prove that????
I don't believe the hanging story, simply on account of the bloody purse strap (how the fuck do you hang yourself with a purse strap?), and the contradictions between the initial and later police reports.

The only thing I believe at this point is that the ***** is most likely behind his death, and that a cover up has occured.

Okay - what IF the 2nd autopsy results cme back they do show it's a hanging?
Maybe...I don't know...maybe if one guy or even his wife propped and held a passed-out Gatti up against the stairwell while the other guy from above put the strap around his neck and pulled and then let him hang?
You have to remember, the purse-strap was quite long, between 1-1.5" thick and leather...that will hold 200lb, let alone a 160-180lb Gatti.

I don't know...I've never actually done this, I've just got my CSI head on, sorry!

I'll direct you to my last paragraph. I don't believe a goddamn thing at this point which conforms to the suicide story.

            He brought it upon himself.

He chose to marry someone years younger (A model non-the-less) from Brazil when there are (obviously from recent news reports) more decent women in Canada, America and other countries in his age range who would be a more loving wife, mother ect...

But he choose the route of, "Hey I'm rich and famous I want to date a young model ect.."

            - I liked Mayweathers comments on women when speaking about Arturo in a interview a week ago.

            RIP.

EQ, what ever happened to these thoughts you once had?

hmmmm i wonder how it is, if he had hung himself, how would his body just "slip out" of the make-shift noose / knot he would have created?

does the body tend to jolt, shake, tremble, while death is taking place? (kinda like in the movies?)...and while his body's natural tendency to shake, this might have casued him to slip out of the strap? oh crap...did i just answer my own question?? what are you thoughts?

Hmmm..you guys are so hell-bent on this now, that you seem to have missed the fact that this case has now moved on from 'How/Where/Who' to 'Who-Gets-What-From-Gatti's-Will'.

Nothing from Pat Lynch, nothing from The Gattis, nothing from the coroners.

It's now all down to 'what's my share?'

did you get a chance to see the espn investigative special aired earleir this evening?
there are gaping holes in the suicide theory.

by the way, has anybody from the GAtti side asked for any money? i could have sworn it's amanda asking for certain same number dollar figures? why not be humble about the whole thing, stop appearing so greedy and just simply ask the court the right questions?
