I wasn't comparing their styles at all.
The only thing is that even if he does that, mayweather changes in the middle of a fight, marquez would have to ancitpate this, this is where alot of fighters fall off with mayweather, they might have some minimal success early but mayweather catches on. the key to beating mayweather is to do something hell never solve.

This is what makes this fight somewhat intriguing, they both change up mid-fight, they're both 2 of the most adaptable fighters in the sport. Marquez is maybe the only one apart from maybe Pacquiao that can adapt to what Mayweather does mid-fight to change it up.

I like both these guys... I have Floyd by TKO..

But if I'm Marquez I wouldn't concentrate on my hand speed as much as I would concentrate on my punch timing and my head movement. I like JMM as much as anybody else but stylistically he doesn't offer much defensively to give Floyd any kind of problems. People tend to over-look Floyd's offensive ability because his defense is so superb.. and they forget that he has the best landed-to-thrown ratio in the game by miles.. He is by far the most accurate puncher in the sport. Best defense and best offense in my opinion is what makes him so balanced as a fighter.

But even when fighting a guy of Mayweather's magnitude I would still advise JMM to use some of his own tendencies.. Boxers tend to try different things for different fights but that alot of times hurts them more than you can imagine... For example.. JMM is a very well known counter puncher. Yet in this fight he is already talking about throwing combinations and attacking the body. WHY!?! that is not his style!! he needs to concentrate on his punch timing and his head movement to have a decent chance at all. He is about to go in there as some sort of boxer he is not.. and he is going to pay the price for not fighting his own style which is with well timed counters.

Marquez will do good. He has enough experience to know what to do to win. Best of all, he is not scared at trading shots even if hes hurt.

the only one who can execute that game plan is P-Will.

yeah both marquez and mayweatehr change it up all the time so it will be interesting to see how many different styles come out of this one fight

i think marquez main key to winning is just his normal timing of shots and counter punching but if they both try that it will be a long night of headfakes

Pac does not adapt he just comes in with 1 plan that usually works..if not then he tries keeps trying to force it in IE marquez fights

The biggest key in the Judah fight is when Judah landed a HUGE left hand on Floyd and nothing happened. That is exactly when the fight changed.
