As for the first point. Let's assume that Marg did load his wraps,

Cotto's face wouldn't be as bad as Collins because;
1- Resto also had padding removed,
2- Margarito threw to the body a lot from what I remember, Resto admitted that he resorted to head hunting
3- For the first half of Cotto-Marg, Cotto didn't take too much punishment, where Collins was beaten in every round, from what I've heard (I haven't seen the fight, and I'm not sure if I want to)

That's my opinion, anyway.

I agree with you but while i was watching this documentary i was just thinking about the Margarito scenario, I thought him hitting cotto for 11 rounds would do more damage to cotto facially but like you said the stuffing was remove from the resto gloves..
