So since no-one can prove it then i dont think your previous post apply to the thread, I understand your point and i have the same point of view in which i believe if he try that **** against Mosley the he must have try it or done it against other opponents not just Cotto but the fatcs remains that it cannot be prove so i wouldnt say he cheated against Cotto or anyone else.

It can be proven if Margarito and his trainer admit to it.

Just because it cant be proven at this moment, Im not going to believe he didnt use it against Cotto. Before this documentary it was only the peoples opinions if Resto knew what was in his glove. Now we know the facts.

At this point, nothing will convince me that he didnt cheat against Cotto. Its not a far fetched opinion.

(1) If Margarito load is gloves in previous fight e.g the cotto fight then cotto facial damage would be similar to billy collins facial damage or close to it.
(2) Panama lewis did mix Aaron pryor's drink with some energy substance that made him re-energise and KO arguello if I have to go by luis resto's confessions.

1. If Margarito loaded his gloves, Cotto would of looked a ton worse than Collins in my opinion. I've seen dudes beat worse than Cotto, I assume plaster was used in those bouts??

It's not so much how badly bust up Cotto looked (we've seen worse in terms of cuts/facial breaks), it's the nature of the swelling which makes you think.

And it does also make you wonder about a fight like, say, Chavez-Taylor. Terrible to say, because likely nothing was amiss, but it does.


I want Tony to be innocent of any wrongdoing in the pre-Mosley fights, though. And he is, technically, since guilt has to be proven before you can declare it.
I just want to see Margarito and Cotto in a rematch, as a repeat performance is as close as Tony can get to proving his innocence and it gives Cotto a shot at self-redemption. Might be a vain hope, though.

Ok, let's not forget that pryor beat arguello in lesser rounds the second fight. So I'm not sold on the mixed bottle thing eventhough it comes out in the tape and I actually watched that fight. I'm pure rican fellas and I say Resto should be held accountable to the fullest extent, he pussied out when he said he was going to confront Panama****head, he looked scared. Plus one has to analize that he was young being trained by old wolves. He was probably scared of getting killed, or losing his career. But to remove the padding and to plaster his hands not to mention the pill in the water, how can resto be so fresh at the end of the tenth round?
