Quintana is an underrated boxer that with the proper mindset and training could beat anybody anytime, anywhere. IMO he needs a new trainer, since Bonilla's track record is not that good.

Quintana please stay away from the basketball court; since all your injuries have come from playing B-ball.

I dont know. Maybe I been watching boxing too long. But I do know Verno Phillips isnt no bum. How can you be three time or a four time World Champ and be considered a bum? This is already a borderline Hall of Famer here we're talking about. If he has anything left after the Williams fight I think he stops Quintana in about eight rounds. Furthermore, if he picks up another world title somewhere in the future then I think its safe to say that he will be a sure shot for the Hall of Fame and probably still be considered a bum to many among this forum.

Quintana must be someone worth watching. He is the only guy to beat Paul Williams for heaven's sake! And with that height/reach disadvantage! What a feat. A heroic feat one might say.

Quintana is a hell of a boxer, and he boxed the **** out of Williams. But if there was ever a fluke in boxing it had to be Quintana's win over Williams. I mean he couldnt even make it out the first in the rematch. Obviously, Williams had a bad night and Quintana capitalized with his superior boxing skills. I think too much is being made off that fluke win. Phillips should prevail in this battle of Williams victims.

                      Quintana ain't particulary young either.

And it's obvious the reason Verno has fought to this age is because he took care of himself.
