Mirko Cro Cop was a undisputed Kickboxing champion, Fedor beat several wrestling champions and he's beaten several jui jitsu black belts.

If Vitali cross trained for a couple years he could compete with Fedor, but without learning takedown defence and how to defend from the guard..

I'm not hearing about any boxers offering to fight one of these guys. Mayweather backed off when he was offered the chance. If you listen to most fans of MMA, they usually have a ton of respect for boxing, yet most boxing fans don't seem to feel the same way about MMA. It's childish.

I agree with that , but alot of people on this board honestly believe Wlad would easily beat Fedor in an MMA fight without doing any cross training whatsoever.
