LOTS of people want to fight Jones - who wouldn't want a title shot (except for BJ Flores)?

The problem is, Don King won't make the fights.

Jones is definitely the man. They say all his 3 losses were by unjust decisions. I'm glad he beat that annoying Firat Arslan, because he beat my hero Virgil Hill. You gotta dislike a guy who beats a 43 yearold legend.

And Jones beat his ass bad. That was a straight up whuppin.

He's getting older now and slower but he can punch very well.

I don't know why King put him on the shelf. He could've at least made more money in Europe ffs.

            Never was high on Jones.

But Daniel Santos's layoff really pisses me off.

            I hate Don King.

Signing with King means at least a year between fights.

Definitely. I'd especailly like to see Jones-Adamek.

We're now into September, and still no title defense scheduled for Jones.

Age 23 heavyweight Mario Preskar signed with King, and was just kept inactive for over a year. He's now age 25 and doesn't look nearly as good as before.

Inactivity ruins fighters. Sometime with older ones who have had many fights, a year's rest can be a good thing, but for up-and-coming fighters it the worst mistake a promoter can make.

But Don King is rich, and he doesn't care about anybody except himself.

Yeah I heard about his win of the WBA strap and then nothing. Was he ever scheduled for a fight from the time he won it until now? Flores would be a good match for him I think.

No, he hasn't been scheduled for a fight since Sep 2008.

It seems Don King put him on the shelf and forgot about him.
