ufc 100 was the equivilent of cotto vs manny and floyd v jmm in the same card. gsp and lesner are the biggest draws just like manny and floyd. Both of them in the same card would probably double ufc's numbers, do something like 3 milli

Dave Meltzer usually releases the number within weeks. Hes the authority on PPV buyrates.

          Iole and Meltzer.

And Camp, I'd like to see you try to earn a decent living as an amatuer wrestler in America. I bet you'll go real far living off of bologna sandwiches in time for the Olympics.

Back when the first UFC aired, most, if not all of the boxing scribes and public
downplayed it as a huge sports failure and a joke that wouldn't last one year.

Now, a lot of boxing blogs and sites dedicate a section to MMA among other media.

It's a sports that's gained a lot of ground since the ownership and rules were changed.

But pure boxing events will never go away.

I bet if it was floyd vs manny boxing beats it by 500k to a million. Plus ufc sells because it's not like they got a deal with showtime and hbo they have to be on ppv
              Not true...

UFC holds free events on S.pike with quality fights. How many ESPN Friday Night fights are packed with double Main Events with high profile names let alone Network TV?

UFC 100 is about to reach 1.7 Million buys. If and when Brock vs Fedor is set, they're going to put on a big card to follow that main event. I'll put the house on that event beating Oscar vs Floyd or being on par at least.

Lets be real here. I'm not a UFC fan but listen. UFC is all over spke T.V, channel 9, 11 (I'm missing a few others, I would know because I go over 100+ channels and still see UFC)...we gotta admit, UFC is doing a much better job then boxing.
