Thing is, no one really compares them. They talk about chins, but no one would ever dispute that P4P Morales has better chin than Cotto. But the fact remains that we're talking about a featherweight and a welterweight here.

You think Morales would have eaten those shots from Mosley? I mean, I'm not saying that to make Cotto look good, but it's just practicality.

You can't use the "iron chin" case when the two guys are 4 weight classes apart.

Yell roba nd others to quit saying Cotto might fight like Morales and beat Pacquiao at his own game. It won't happen. Cotto does not have the grit nor the skill to do so.

His win over Pac is a FLUKE, don't get your panties in bunches.

FLUKE = A lucky or improbable occurrence, with the implication that the occurrence could not be repeated.
In 2005, Top Rank offered Marquez $1.5 million to face Erik Morales in the main event on an HBO pay-per-view that was scheduled to take place in the Fall of 2006. Again Marquez rejected the offer, requesting an unrealistic $3.5 million, a figure that according to Top Rank, was an amount that even the more marketable Erik Morales had never been guaranteed in his entire career

Like Pacquiao, Morales went in his own direction, as did Marquez.

I saved this for this type of clown: http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=6372

Lol @ fluke when the rematch was pretty even too before the stoppage. Clown.

But you can't refer to it P4P wise. This isn't a hypothetical, this is a reality, and Cotto is has shown a decent chin at welterweight. An iron chin at featherweight, on a real scale, can't really be compared.

Well Pacquiao has carried his shot up, but not as devastating at WW as it was at featherweight. Pacquiao could walk his opponents down then, and he couldn't stop Erik, when he stops Cotto at 145 that will show you how much better Erik is.

Quit comparing what Morales was capable of doing to what you think Cotto can do. It's a mockery to the name of Morales.
eric morales isn't better than cotto. who the hell is eric anyway?

erik morales WAS better than cotto, but never had the power cotto has, so there's no point in comparing them to decide nov 14 bout's outcome

i think you're just still sore about cotto beating clottey
