Same goes for Arum. It's all apart of negotiations. With that

I'm a big PWill fan, but he needs to face some simple facts. Despite Pavlik's loss to BHop, he is still the MW champ and should get the big money split. He's a bigger name right now, and a bigger draw in AC. Williams should just take the fight and if he wins (which I believe he will), he can demand the bigger slice from that point on. Plus when he's champ he can put on defenses in Southern Cali where he is a decent draw.

first off where in the hell in this article does it say that P will is demanding any more than what is offered on the table?? That is goosen/tutor that needs more money, not Paul Williams. They want 1/2 the gate and some sponsorship money (that is reasonable) - p will just wants to fight any and everyone.....read before you reply, fighters fight, thats it, promoters and managers are usually the stumbling block, because it takes a lot to pull off one of these shows. The fight will happen, just give it a week or so to hammer out.

pavlik should get the bulk but they need to pay williams fair market value of the fight.the one thing that cheats fighters out of fair market value is that de la hoya **** about you will make more in this fight than you've ever before. thats garbage so pay paul and get this fight on
