This is his way of saying if you want the belt fight at 147, if you are going just for the money, Oh well STFU and fight!!!!!

as log as both fighters are under 147 which is the welterweight limit then this should be a title fight period. the fighters should take bob arums cut and pay the fees.should pac win the fight which i don't think he will then the title is part of his legacy.

i agree except cotto is restricted from weighing up to 147 so he dont have to put the worthless belt on the line.

the title means history for pac and means nothing to cotto. pac should pay the fee if he wants it on the line.

the organizations are crooks they care about money not who has the belt. cotto should get more of the split if pac wants the title on the line or pac pay the fees.

Exactly, deal is still work in progress and fight can be cancelled anytime by both boxers.

Rubbish basically.Arum is plain crazy,he's backtracking now that Cotto has stuck to his guns.He wanted Cotto to put his belt on the line of free.There was no way Cotto would put the belt on his line without due consideration.Arum would have needed to pay more and Manny's purse would have to go down and Cotto would have dictated the terms.

Now that Arum has failed he's saying something else,I would rather listen to a donkey bray than this manipulator.It is strange though that Arum favours Manny over Cotto because he wanted to give Manny a free ride.Arum has taken sides with Margarito and one has to wonder what the beef is between Arum and Cotto
