We have an agreement here and i haven't said that Pacquiao it will not be a WW fight and nobody is questioning Manny's legacy all i'm saying is that nobody should question Cotto's decision if he doesn't what to pay $400,000 to put the title at risk.

If Manny want's to add to his legacy and get a WW title at risk he should had picked Berto and have out those terms. But obviously Cotto will bring more money than Berto so at the end that is what Pacquiao is really after. Not saying i blame him, He is currently the face of Boxing and should and has deserved to get paid.
