If Cloud beats Woods then I can definitely see Tarver fight Cloud in the near future. Tarver needs a win badly right now and a win against a young dangerous up and coming fighter like Cloud would be a good look for Tarver.

Like you said....Tarver is done yet you would still favor him to beat Cloud(not saying I wouldn't but it depends) so the risk/reward and the money would be not very interesting.

I never said Tarver is done. I said I'd pick him to beat several top 10 fighters out there. Right now a fight against Cloud would be perfect for someone like Tarver.
