I say bring it, cubans wont outbox ricans for 12 full and if youve watched their history, they lack the power punching to go toe to toe with power punchers, Gamboa has a great ko record but that comes from his speed and even he cant go toe to toe with heavy punchers, not that he has faced any.

The best pure power punching prospect now is Rigondeaux, watch as Lara's ko record goes down as he steps up the competition. Plus the fact that most ricans can also box.

Right now future rivalries will look like this

North America vs Europe (Jean Pascal might bring in Canada should he fight and beat Zsolt Erdei)
      Mexico vs Phillipines
      Puerto Rico vs Cuba

ANother dumb statement by Bragger "Roach inadvertenly stop the fight". Roach told him the round before he would stop it because he was taking a beating.
Another one of HIS Story remarks.

now n forever the boricuas n mexicans own this shyt
We'll see about that Juanma vs Gamboa topic when they face off. If cuba and PR would to have the same amount of pros I know cuban would have more champions. Cuba made a reputation in the amatuers and If they start teaching kids in cuba the pro style then It would payoff here America.

He looked happier than Juanma himself after Roach said he would stop the fight! LOL. He started knodding his head also, sure he didn't agree??? LOL. Cotto took a knee and then took on another big fight. Where's Penalosa???? Cotto about to fight p4p. Dont make me laugh with your comparisons.

I tell you one thing guys, cause I've seen it personally and that is Puerto Rico has a huge sports compound that has been recently built within the last 10 yrs and its full of fighters the world has yet to see. Believe me if there was a factory of producing champions this is it. Daniel Santos was a product of this compound and it is ******ed that Don King doesn't produce more fights for him so we can see his abilities in the ring. There are so many fighters in that compound that it's ridiculous, which all really started because everyone was in love with Felix Trinidad. But the island itself has many tournaments from city to city show casing all the talent. P.R. is not hurting for special fighters because they will continue to pour out of the island like it's running out of style.
