If the scenario you describe turns out to be true and cotto is stripped because the did not wish to put the belt on the line (whether it be for not wanting to pay fees etc) I would be very disappointed. I then can see how you reach the conclusion that he is not confident in beating manny. Do you think the belt will be on the line or is cotto going to get stripped?...
