Catchweight is moving the max weight down to 145...still within the Welterweight limits!

145 is not the WW limit. 145 is a catchweight

You can look at any history book on the sport of boxing and not one will have welterweight listed as 141-145.

So this agreement AKA Catchweight is met in or within the welterweight limits! Meaning this is a WW fight!
So there 147 limit is agreed by both to move {meet} in the 145 area. Not under 140 Not over 147.... IN THE WELTERWEIGHT DIVISION!!!! LOL

Make no mistake - I'm not a cotto fan. However, to label him as a 'fraud' is absolutely preposterous. Seriously. The guy has a hell of a lot of talent and a solid resume as of late. I expect a good fight against pac. I do, however, favour the Pac Man to win.

If Pacquiao wants 7 world titles in 7 different weight divisions, he better do it in an actual division. 145 is not a division. He's trying to cheat his way to history. A true champion would fight at 147 for the belt. Simple as that.
