WHY didnt cotto get any slack for coming in @146 when he fought clottey? this was a title fight!

ok ur obviously not reading correctly....i said i know it is a welterwieght fight but only bcause that is the division that the catchweight falls under i know that ok get that throught your brain....but if you are fighting for the Welterwieght title you should be able to come in at any wiehgt up to the Welterwieght limit which is 147 not 145.

No where in the catchweight agreement it the title involved.
