I will favor the healthy fighter (as long as he is a good opponent like Hopkins was).

Yes the man who has fought every fight at 175 since then was drained. Watch Vazquez vs Hernendez. Kellerman says how he just interviewed Tarver and how he boasted he was in great shape and didn't have any trouble losing the weight (which he didn't. The weight was fat and not muscle like roy jones)

If he says he was it discounts his wins over Roy and what he said to Roy. He looked like crap from the start of the fight. Plus, most fighters don't want to admit they screwed up and made a ****** mistake.
