I will favor the healthy fighter (as long as he is a good opponent like Hopkins was).
Tarver never once said he was drained or had trouble making weight, he said he was poisoned. Naazim Richardson must have been involved somehow.

Yes the man who has fought every fight at 175 since then was drained. Watch Vazquez vs Hernendez. Kellerman says how he just interviewed Tarver and how he boasted he was in great shape and didn't have any trouble losing the weight (which he didn't. The weight was fat and not muscle like roy jones)

As much as Tarver complains, if he was weight drained he would have been the first to say it, he said he felt poisoned. He said spirtiually it wasnt him in the ring.

A weight drained person feels like they've been poisoned.

If he says he was it discounts his wins over Roy and what he said to Roy. He looked like crap from the start of the fight. Plus, most fighters don't want to admit they screwed up and made a ****** mistake. Yes, ****** mistake because he wouldn't be the first fighter to do it, let alone the second or third or fourth, etc.

Because he shot the Rocky movie at 220lbs just months before.

I'm not sure if he was drained or not. He certainly wasn't the same Tarver.
