no, no, no that can't be it at all. He MUST have been handicapped in some way.....Hopkins couldn't possibly have won a fight fair and square

Lol, these morons don't realise, Hopkins knew EXACTLY how to fight Tarver, neutralised his assets, and just basically froze him out

If they're not overweight they're underweight, there's no pleasing the Hopkins hater.

I think he was affected by making the weight but I don't think he was weight drained, if he was weight drained I doubt he'd still be fighting at 175.

I hate the fact that people try to discredit Hopkins resume. He is underdog in most of his big fights. But after the beat their asses, people are saying that they are, blown-up, weight drained, overhyped and now poisoned.

As if Tarver was special when he's tip top. Weight drained or tip top, with Tarver it doesn't matter he still fights like ****.
The wieght drain excuse can only work for great fighters who showed high livel boxing( RJJ, DLH, etc..).Tarver was/is a decent world class fighter with a strong will that's it.

Jones' body had to get used to 175 again, he is a 175 pounder, his body had to get used to not carrying around 200 pounds of muscle which is much harder to lose than fat, which was what Tarver was mainly carrying around when he was filming the Rocky movie at 220 (?).

at his age it would have been near enough impossible that he wasnt drained
but who cares hopkins would beat him anyway anytime
