      Gatti and Corrales fought and lived with the same reckless intensity, and the two of them together (remember, they were only one weight class apart from 2004 to 2006) would have produced a guaranteed classic. If you thought Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo was fun, or Gatti-Micky Ward packed action, just imagine what it would have been like if the more dramatic fighter in each pairing got paired together. Gatti vs. Corrales would have featured 83 knockdowns, 47 horrific cuts, and 65 F-bombs apiece from Joe Goossen and Buddy McGirt. And that's all prior to the start of round two.
