I don't see how your entitled to fight the best...when your retired...

He fought the best welterweight in 06...he didn't have a time machine to see the division would blossom...

I don't think he's scared...I jus think he takes the most lucrative fights bout after bout.

floyd gets more hate then anyone,
in reality he doesnt deserve it, he has entertained me plenty of times,

can someone explain why the hate?

"There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of creatures Manny Pacquaio has allowed to live."

"Shane Mosley can count to infinity - twice"

"Miguel Cotto doesn’t wear a watch, HE decides what time it is."

          ^^^randomness^^^
The better someone does, the more hate there is. That's because human nature has a lot of envy.

Everybody ignores a loser. How many threads are made about clubfighters?

I think if he really wanted to, he could have been an ATG top 10 he's that good. As a fan of the sport it sucks to see someone underachieve if you will. Using the word underachieve is a testament to how much i admire his skill.
you act as though everyone really wanted to fight him. he's been ducked plenty of times

Some just hate em cuz of his ****y arrogant fraudulent persona...
that how he sells the fight.

After the fight he will say that he fought a good fighter.

Also when you reach to the top you could cherry picky you oppennet many of the other fighters do it.

Floyd have already cemented his greatness to ATG but he could have fought more for the GOAT.

Pac vs Cotto: win or lose for Pac he still is ATG and cemeneted that but if Cotto lost it a setback for him

In 2006 he sat on the sideline letting a lot of fights play out before fighting tata. Marg was waiting with the money but he chose to wait a couple months & let the baldy-gatti fight play out. 140lb div was a waste. His contradictions beyond contradictions make it frustrating for anyone.

He's insecure & that's pretty apparent. I don't think his ego could handle a loss. A loss might be the best thing for him, so he realizes it's ok to lose and goes on to just fight all these cats.
