And even after its over he can get wins over Pavlik, Bute, Green, Jacobs. The pool is so deep right his resume @SMW will surpass Calzaghe who refused a rematch after their close fight.

A lot of times in that fight Calzaghe because of his unorthodox style made Kessler stop punching.

Kessler seems to need a sort of rhythmn because he wants to be accurate, but you just have to keep throwing and throwing the jab against Joe even though you will be missing a lot.

Kessler wanted to be a little too precise in that fight. He could've stolen another round or two had he done that.

Yeah. I also think Kessler had too much emphasis on powerpunching. I think he would have fared better with a little less power and a little more output.

You can't remove bias of clean effective punching; that's how Lederman tells me to score. I think Kessler also started figuring out and neutralizing Calzaghe's toward the end of the fight and if it went 15 would surely had the win. Did you make a scorecard for this fight I would like to see which rounds you had close, clear or wide.

I had it 9 rounds to 3. Not sure which rounds because I haven't watched it for a few months and I don't have time today to sit and watch it again.

For a broken hand he was able to uses it alot early on.





I personally think Kessler's hand wasn't hurt and that it was just a rumor.

The rumor only became a "fact" after Calzaghe decisively beat him.

Besides all that, it was a very good tactical fight that i enjoyed alot.

The hand was sedated so he didn't have any pain during the fight. The problem was his preparations which obviously was limited.
