If Cotto won't go any lower than 145, why doesn't Team Pac just make it at 147 for the WW title? Pac can make history. And its "only" another 2 lbs.

It still will be for the title. As the thread on Marquez/Mayweather clearly clarifies, any fight that is above the junior welterweight limit is a welterweight fight even if it is not at the welterweight limit. We've gone over this.

i was thinkin the same thing. its kinda like they are both stalling to see what the other is going to do. but pac/cotto is still a fight i would pay to see
