arver did better against a close to Prime Jones, where very few gave him a chance, while Calzaghe almost got KTFO by a Jones nobody gave a chance and hadn't hurt anybody in years. Tarver would counter Calzaghe with a bomb like he always does, and Calzaghe would go down, but would he get up?

Yeah, Hagler's biggest wins came against smaller guys - he had quite an impressive reign, however, against some tough opposition but...so did Hopkins.

duran grabbed titles at 160 and 168 against moore (?) and barkley when it was thought he was finished...Lalonde floored srl before ray got him outta there...hearns grabbed titles at 160, 68 and at 175 against a prime virgil hill...
