Is that a joke? Looks like Dirrell is part of a package deal, the rest being Kessler and Abraham. How the **** would Green get Froch 'more money'?

You can say it is an excuse if you want, but having his colon removed prior to the fight with Miranda did have an effect on the outcome. In regards to Dirrell, plenty of fighters are undefeated but It doesn't mean they deserve to be even mentioned in the title picture. Green's ko win over Jaidon Codrington > any win Ward or Dirrell has to date.

pavlik isnt leaving 160 yet, bute doesnt want to enter, why the hell would pascal kill himself to make 168 (for atleast 2 years) when he already has a belt at 175? no way he would make the weight by the time the tourney is wrapping up. hopkins? are u serious?the guy is 44, hes not even sure if hes gon have 1 more fight, why the hell would he sign up for a multi fight deal? most of which does nothing for his legacy. and why the hell should they add names anyways? everyone is gon fight everyone. u want it to be like 5 years long? by the time a winner is crowned he will have had 7 fights as it is, thats enough if u ask me.

I actually think Green should beat Miranda and then fight the winner of Bute-Andrade.

Froch clearly has a better offer fighting in this tournament (although I think he goes winless in it).

Green isn't a draw but more importantly he's not beat a contender since his meltdown vs Miranda. He's gotta notch a win before getting a title shot. Who did Green beat??Carlos De Leon Jr,so what.

Who exactly has Allan Green fought at Super Middle to deserve a title shot or to be considered in the mix ? Why not have Green shut his damn mouth and fight a top ten SM or a highly regarded prospects (see Dirrell or Ward ) before he lands any title shot ?Green does NOTHING to warrant ANY consideration here !!!

Allan Green will be too busy looking down at his own feet to prevent getting KTFO by Froch in the late rds. You are right Froch, Allan Green could head his ass back to ESPN FNF you got bigger fish to fry. I like Froch - he speaks blunt truth. Green is not a contender just because he beat De Leon (who lost to Zuniga and a guy named Marcos Primera).

Green lost to the acknowledged gatekeeper of the division, one Pantera Miranda. After being beaten by Froch, Green would be talking about his colon again! I don't want to hear about this guy's intestines any more until he beats a top guy, which he won't.

Instead of excusing Green's loss to Miranda, why not insist that he avenge it by fighting Miranda again? Edison is easy pickings these days; I can see Green winning that fight.

And Ward's win over Miranda and Dirrell's wins over Hanshaw and Oganov are both better than Green's win over Codrington. The KO was spectacular but Codrington really hasn't panned out as anything great to really rate that as a good win for Green.
