If im not mistaken wasnt this the same Carl Froch that was calling out Calzaghe? Now someone is calling him out and he says the guy has to make a name for himself.. Hmmmm very interesting.. Sounds hypocritical to me. And then he says hes gonna fight Dirrell? Allen Green has fought better comp then Dirrell and is a bigger name and I'm sure will get Froch more money.. Dirrell boxes and runs around alot, Green is either gonna get knocked out or try to knock you out.. What would the fans wanna see most? Come on now! Froch is scared.. Froch got himself into the mandatory position for Calzaghe - then Calzaghe vacated and moved up a division.

What has green done? priced himself out a Pavlik and Bute fight...oh and then issue 1 x press release and Froch is supposed to break his neck to fight him?

I think even you know deep down that Green is nowhere near as proven as Bute, Kessler , Taylor and needs to get fighting instead of press releases just like the Cobra has done.

The difference for Froch was however, that everyone knew he was a hard bastard and whether they thought they'd beat him or not, they knew they would take a kicking whatever the outcome.

Unfortunately, Green has lost to a bum already - so that kind of takes any prestige away from beating him.

If Green lost to Calzaghe honourably then fair enough, but he didnt he got dropped and outboxed by the slugger named Edison.

I'll give Froach a pass for saying all this if he really is gonna fight Andre Dirrel unstead. That's a good tough fight as well that i'm not sure he gets out of.

But what he said about Green was b.s. He is getting big headed after just two fights as a champion yet he is a hypocrite calling for a long time champion in Calzaghe, calling him scared?? *** outta here, Green was willing to take less money and fight you in your backyard. Turning him down because he isn't a big enough draw or unbeaten is Mayweather/Calzaghe talk. You know guys who are established as hall of famers.

If you saw the fight you'll know that he didn't prove ****. He got lucky in the dying moments of the 12th when the ref stopped the fight. Had the ref waited for a few more seconds he would have lost.

I watched the fight & Taylor won the 1st half but froch got off the canvas & took it to Taylor in the 2nd half & knocked him out! Taylor was done so I don't know what you are talking about.
