    Accomplishment: Chambers

Potential: Johnson, with Chambers a very close second

    Hype/Connections: Arreola

Johnson's knockout of Devin Vargas was the first time in his career he showed even a morsel of what he's capable of when he doesn't fight like he's apologetic. But it's a starting point and he has some catching up to do. Rescheduling the Barrett fight will go a long way (not to mention once and for all giving Monte the long overdue heave-ho).

Until then, it's Chambers "title" to lose.

I mention the hype part because Arreola will continue to get the primetime assignments so long as his chin cooperates. Honestly, he could be the very best of the lot IF he takes his career more seriously than has been the case post-Chazz.

For the moment, that's a very big if and I really don't trust any reports suggesting his newfound dedication to training and fitness. He was supposed to be in "improved" condition for his last two fights and looked as bad as has ever been the case.

As of last night, Chambers is in the top spot in this regard and IMO enjoying a commanding lead.

I picked Arreola.. He might not be technically the best boxer but he is the best fighter and I see him giving Chambers real problems if they faced and I would bet Cris would KO him within 3 rounds..

Last night's fight was good for Chambers but really..if Arreola was fighting he woulda Ko'd that german fighter..early .. Chamber style is good but keeps big punchers in the fight till the end

That's what I thought until I heard the entire German crowd cheering for him and chanting his name.

Seeing as though Arreola isn't in training camp, he should be close to 300 pounds so my pick is Chambers.

Real talk, an in shape Arreola is the answer, but since he hasn't recently shown he wants to do it and Chambers has, it's Chambers.

Why the hype for chambers all of the sudden.. he didn't look great against Peter a couple months ago.. he dropped weight and fought and beat Dimentreko.. but lets be honest Dimentreko looked sloppy and was the one getting pushed back..Arreola would have Ko'd him by the 3rd round in that fight last night.. Chambers is good with his jab but I don't know how he would beat arreola..especially when arreola digs into his chest..

As far as the conditioning goes.. Cris is lazy but he still is winning..

All of this talk of Mr. Dark Skin Around A Nipple getting in shape. You all do realize if he ever got in shape he wouldn't even be a heavyweight. The reason his body looks the way it does is because he is a naturally a 180-190 lb man.

chambers.. i think he found the weight he needs to fight at to be a good HW, around 210..

arreolla could be great but he needs to get in SHAPE.. like around 235..

Johnson has alot of potential but hasn't really been battle tested.. but his last 3 fights have been TKO's so i think he's really coming around

NONE. If any American HW wins it just furthers the point of the weak era.

None should be able to beat Wlad.

No point to even discuss the American HWs. They died out in the 90's generation.

What a CLEVER way to discredit the Klitschkos and other Europeans like Povetkin - just keep saying it's a "weak era" over and over again, people will eventually parrot what you say!

You're wrong: Chambers, Arreola, Johnson are very good fighters and deserve more respect than you're giving them.
