The precedent has already been set in the Panama Lewis case. CSAC had nothing but hand cream elements. He'll be back soon. All Capetillo apologized for was not knowing that training pads weren't legal. Training pads are an infraction under CSAC rules. And the fact that he'll be back this soon prove that all he was guilty of was an infraction.

Capetillo should also be reinstated, he did nothing wrong. An infraction shouldn't take away a man's ability to make a living.
