Lol. Kessler has twice the skills of Pavlik and five times the better footwork.

Considering how much is made of ducking these days, it's odd how more isn't made of someone literally turning down a good offer when chasing for a fight for similar money with a guy in the same division only not as good.

I mean how can you justify that exactly? Hopkins said he was willing to travel for Froch/Adamek I believe. He's getting sick of waiting around for a fight, all the while he could just have his promoter call team Kessler and get it on.

B talk reports a lot of baseless ****, just last week the Pavlik rehab story. Kessler is in deep promotional trouble that's reportedly only getting worse.

Kessler has that Euro style that Hopkins can easily manipulate and wants to face. And Kessler would be coming up in weight so no way he would turn it down

Perhaps things have changed a little. Hopkins wasn't sure if he wanted to fight again and today I wouldn't think calling Kessler is on Hopkins mind given the conflict with the palle's.

Nevertheless that was exactly what he did. Flat out turned Kessler down. No counteroffer. No nothing. He didn't want none.

Until a source not associated to b talk reports it, it holds no weight with me. All Kessler has over the reported opponents of Froch and Adamek is a bit of added speed and defense.

Why the hell would Hopkins want to fight Kessler?. He's a nobody, He's never won a big fight and He's not even a real champion. What is the point?

Kessler has nothing over those guys? They actually won big fights.

It has been reported on boxing_confidential and was also mentioned in Kessler's new-years letter where he told about all the fights he chased.
