Did you listen to what I said? I said I don't mind the majority of them but this one takes the piss.

Listen Lady Fan, you seem like a good enough person, and a dedicated Pacquiao fan which I respect, I respect that you are a huge fan of him cause he is a hero to your nation... but honestly, this **** is getting crazy, at least post a few unbiased articles at times.

Oh and just to clarify, I am not "upset" by any of that ****, I am one of the fairest Floyd fans here... not blowing my own trumpet but there are people far worst... I have jokes about Floyd with people on this site, so don't go saying I get "upset" or "take things too seriously".

Also, changing the subject... if Floyd was to beat Pacquiao, how would you react? Please don't go saying anything like "Yeah but he wont", I am just curious.

An yet the blacks don't come out to support these "icons" live for some reason. Boxing tickets are more expensive then either the NFL or NBA, especially for big fights so I don't buy that theory. I've been watching boxing since the late 70's and even when almost all of the elite boxers were black, the crowds were always a majority non-black for every fight. I can't even remember 1 fight where the crowd was mostly black. Bowe/Golata 1 was the only fight that I remember where a lot of blacks showed up to the event.

It just started to take the piss a little cause, I never see her posting any unbiased Floyd articles, only for Pacquiao... which as I said I respect. She has said before "interesting article about Floyd" and it has turned out to be a ****ty biased article, so I had the vibe that she thought this was interesting and bringing up some sort of point. Maybe I was wrong in this case and if I was I would apologies for that, but in all truth, why does it matter about the skin color of a fighter being a role model for fighters of that skin tone? It shouldn't matter, all that should matter is trying to be a role model in the sport of Boxing, race shouldn't matter.

filipinos are dominating in a time when boxing is currently on the decline...

black america doesn't need anymore ''icons'' they have their own which are more popular than any filipinos out there.

No apologies need homey u right right with what you said. We are all fans at the end of the day but I dislike it when people become biased to prove that the fighter they like is the best. This thread was ****** and annoying because to tell a group of people what they need is very presumptuous to begin with. Then to top it of it also makes Pac look like the end all be all when t comes to fighters, heroes, Role models. I really like Pac. For that reason I don't post extremely often because I am fearful that certain Pac fans will make me subconsciously like him less. I'm sure this is the reason some Floyd haters hate him. More because of the fans than the fighter. Its unfortunate.

I get what your saying, but nobody can blame Pacquiao for this... he is a humble and cool guy who everybody would have to respect, I don't know how anybody can dislike him. Also to people who dislike him because of the Pacquiao stan's shouldn't because it goes exactly the same way for any fighters stan's.

As somebody said, they have Barack *****... he isn't representing enough is he? I mean I am white I aint offended but why the fuck does it matter about skin color? It shouldn't...

Your always posting these negative Floyd threads from the biased **** from examiner that are clearly Pacquiao nut huggers and Floyd haters/critics just like you, if you find this article interesting which you most likely do, anything bigging up Pacquiao and putting Floyd down you find interesting... you are clearly biased.

I used to be able to tolerate the other ones they weren't too bad, just a bit critical but oh well... but this takes the piss Lady Fan, honestly... you are seriously beginning to make it clear that you aren't really a Boxing fan... just a Pacquiao fan.
WOW, you 2 are really mad huh?....She didnt write the article. She only posted what she found in an online paper....why did she do that? maybe because its related to boxing! There are far more users in here that post total racist, hate fueled personal opinions, yet you hate on her because she posted this article???? I've never seen her bad mouth or hate on peeps......you 2 should smoke 1 and relax......

Half black or not ; She's not part of the culture, so she doesn't need to be posting threads about what Black Americans need.

And before anyone says it ; I know she didn't write the article ; some dumb white man did.

Well, being that he's not a part of the culture either (and probably knows fuck all about Black Americans) ; he doesn't need to be lecturing on the subject either.

Boxing isn't a popular sport in the United States anymore, so it's only natural that such a fringe sport wouldn't have a Black American standout for them to look up to.

It's like saying that (insert ethnic background and random Nation here) needs a standout bowling hero like (insert random good bowler here).

Black Americans have plenty of people to look up to ; especially in the sports world.

Not to mention that the leader of the free world is a Black American who's father was a poor man from Kenya.
