In terms of his whole career.
blah blah blah ur like a broken record 'not in his prime' 'he only fought bums'

u need me to explain why a fighter is so good? says something about you doesnt it

      Come on,

Start with the Tockert Pudwill fight,

      Then the Kabery Salem fight,

      Then the mario viet fights.

Any fighter with a record as long as joes will be padded with mediocre opponents.......for evidence look at RJJ record......padded with bums....Nobody has 50 fights against elete fighters.

When he needed to step up he did....Eubanks, Lacy, Hopkins, RJJ, Kessler...He fought bigger guys unlike BHOP who picked on little guys.

Best SMW that ever lived, there will never be another JC.

Hopkins was prime....he smashed Pavlik to bits.......that was another of your great hype jobs

Jermaine beat BHOP in his so called prime...TWICE.....Froch (who is pretty crap) ktfo taylor............BHOP ain't all that.

He barely beat Bernard when Bernard was 43. no way he would even come close to beating Bernard Prime for Prime. Bernard would win a fairly lopsided decision.

Prime Roy Jones: Prime RJJ smokes Joe at any point in his career, he would be another name in his record

Well I know your answer, and i know that its not going to be logical, because you have already failed to logically answer my question, instead you have ducked it, which is probably the reason you like joe, similar character traits.

That's because they refused to fight Calzaghe in his prime. Roy even admitted that.

For f**ks sake the fat yanks make me laugh. Like when Taylor wouldn't fight Froch, if Froch faught Taylor at the end of his career..everyone will be like "Froch beaten an over the hill Taylor", yes that's because Taylor wouldn't fight him in his prime when he offered him out. Luckily Taylor did accept...and got KTFO!!

You can't have it both ways!!!!

Calzaghe was way past his prime fighting both Hopkins and Roy...he had a chin of cast iron steel back in the day and before he damaged his hands was KO'ing guys out.

Calzaghe was in his prime pre-jeff lacy.

              won 46 (KO 32) <--- that's a pretty good KO ratio.

"I could probably give Jones a tough fight, probably the best fight he's ever had," said Calzaghe. "But I know my capabilities and unless I got paid the crown ***els I wouldn't want to risk it."

It would have been the best fight RJJ ever had, and neither guys wanted to risk it....otheriwse it would have happened.
