I'm REALLY surprised Valuev's team took this fight. He is in trouble. This is going to be his first "official" ass whipping.

He has no idea what's going to happen to him in that ring. I predict he quits on his stool at or around round 8 in a fight real similar to the Sam Peter fight.

What is your definiton of a war? Maybe if someone could actually knock Vitali down once in his career he could prove to you how easily he could get up and comeback.

The fact that you try to discredit him despite the fact that he was ready and willing to fight on with his eyeball falling out of his head alone exposes you as a biased hater.

On top of that I doubt you have seen any Vitali fights that happened before Lewis. So you don't really know if any were wars or not. You're just assuming they weren't and trying to make your own truth.

Valuev will be 84lbs heavier than Vitali's average opponent.
Vitali's average opponent was 6'2''. Valuev is 7'0''.

I think Valuev has been regressing as a fighter and it's likely due to his huge size. Men as big as Valuev often begin breaking down physically 5-10 years earlier than normal.

After his terrible performance against Holyfield it is likely that Valuev's handlers will want to cash out before he is exposed by a much lesser fighter.

            Boring!!!!

Another boring fight between a good heavyweight, Klitscho and a journeyman heavyweight. Neither one of these guys excite me. All the good fights are at middleweight and below.

Amazing!!! If this fight happens!!! Even though i dont believe it till the fight is signed and sealed. The klitchkos are really shaping up the heavyweight division!!!! Vitaly is by far the best in the division period. The giant will fall.

Vitali is going to put him out in a heap. KO. 100%. Vitali will KO him. Valuev will never be in the fight after Vitali adjusts, so he gets about 2 minutes of being in the fight and then the beating starts. Then its on to "The Nipple" or Haye.

Абсолютно погоджуюся! Наврядше Віталій зможе нокаутувати Колю, але я би залюбки помилився

I'm not as convinced as most people are that this fight will end in a stoppage. I'm envisioning a boring UD similar to the Vitali-Peter fight, with everyone on the edge of their seats waiting for some "brutal KO" that never happens, and with even fewer punches being thrown by both guys. Vitali has looked old and sluggish since his return, and the giant is even slower by nature. I doubt either will even touch the canvas.

Obviously Valuev ain't KO'ing ****, since he hasn't stopped anyone for years and doesn't have the immense power he by rights should have. Vitali, meanwhile, might not end up throwing as many of these right hand bombs as you people would expect. He, too, seems content to coast along at times just like younger bro - except he turns mucho sloppy when the distance racks up. Just look at his prime fights before retiring. Regardless of his 92% KOs, the guy has stamina issues.

Thus, the only reason I can get amped for this fight is on the premise that the last of the remaining alph'soup belts will be wrenched away from mediocrity and into the hands of a genuine champion. That part is excellent, but on paper the match-up is far worse than the much-maligned Wlad-Chagaev bout (which, had the latter been able to actually fight, did have the potential to be at least somewhat competitive).

But then, as I've said before, it's been a year for shock stoppages. This time I would happily be proven wrong! Go get 'im, VitMan. :box2:
