well obviously pac can't do cotto the same way marg did. with marg, cotto was against punches he could see coming so he was able to defend against most of them. pac won't wear down cotto with a few crushing blows, he'll wear him down with 1000 moderate punches.

i'd not worry about cotto receiving 1000...i'd worry about pac getting the LH hook to the body and when cotto suddenly change to southpaw

Ive been a fan of Cotto since i can remember....hes one of my faves.
Ive been a fan of Pacquiao since he started fighting Barrera/Morales...Pacquiao has always got me paid with my bets..and pretty good too.LOL


But if Cotto can come like the Cotto we all know and love..HE WILL KO PACQUIAO..he's too smart and can take a good punch....what bothers me is just how strong is pacquiao really? i mean will his power be enough to rock Cotto...Cotto has been wobbled by judah,mosley,rito...and ricardo torres did score a knockdown....so i wonder just how strong pac really is..cuz he couldnt KO oscar and id easily bet on Cotto to KO his ass in less than 8...

I like both fighters but if we see old Cotto, im betting on Cotto to be the one to stop the pac train. AND ILL BE THERE LIVE BABY! VEGAS!!

Thats the 1st thing i thought too..but then i remembered..Cotto dealt with Mosleys Speed in 07..and he won that fight..close fight..but the speed didnt bother him too much..so i dont see mannys Speed being a HUUGE factor..Cotto likes to duck low and can move to side to side pretty quick..i dont see speed deciding this fight..its gonna be the POWER..he can hit harder and who can take it.
