Talk about blinkered, eh.

I'm almost ashamed to admit I like Wlad these days, with so-called 'fans' like them around. I don't even consider them fans of him. A real fan looks at every aspect of a fighter - both positive and negative - and actually discusses facts an in engaging manner. A nuthugger does the opposite of all that. No wonder the guy's so hated. It's his 'fans' that are bringing his rep down.
    The bold is me.
But ever since Sat. when I started to offer criticism ( i always repped for him prior to that) Tunney and his jackasses have been red kayeing me cuz' I disagree with them.

******* fans, I call them. Especially that Klitschko2009 racist ****.

Thanks for that info, never heard of the Tyson fella before.

I guess everyone who isn't undisputed champ by 21 without a single loss is a complete failure.

If Vitali fights Valuev Haye should defo fight Arreola it might be his only choice especially as HBO would probably only be interested in screening that fight.

And Lewis fought for his first title, and fought his first meaningful professional fight, at the age of 27. So what? Different fighters mature differently. To pretend that because Tyson physically matured unusually early, anyone who is a later developer is suspect, is just ridiculous. And Tyson had started to decline rapidly by the age of 22, so his career is hardly one to use as a role model. Wlad is approaching his peak as a fighter at the age of 33.

And if Vitali fights Arreola, Haye should try to get a fight with Valuev, but that would be more difficult, because Valuev would probably prefer to fight Ruiz again.

In any case, unless he can get a good deal with Sky fast, he's got nothing to negotiate with financially. That's what he and Booth need to be focussing all their energy on now, just talking to Sky. The fact that Sky has a virtual monopoly on boxing in the UK now will make it difficult though - it's a buyer's market from their point of view.
