You ought to be ashamed if you think that's how it should be. Stop acting like such a biased ****wit. Catchweight of 143.5 would be right in the middle of their respective weight divisions. If that isn't fair I don't know what is. If Cotto can't make 143/144, don't sign the contract and don't sell yourself out for a payday.

Everyone needs to stop crying one way or another about this. Cotto will struggle to get down in weight but if he thinks he can and is willing to do so, then please everyone stop crying about it. If he thinks he will be hurt by it then fight someone else. Period. Cotto will come in WAY bigger than Pac on fight night and if Pac is ok with that than so be it. If he has a problem fight someone at 140. Let them fight at whatever it is negotiated at. My only gripe is that a welterweight title should not be on the line. If Pac wants to claim a welterweight title it NEEDS to be at 147. How can you call yourself a welterweight champ if you won't fight at the welterweight limit.
