Well, according to Cotto fans, Miguel is too fragile if he has to weigh in at 145 lbs and Pac is too small for Miguel at anything higher. Mosley doesn't seem to have that problem. Mosley is a fighter; he'll fight Pac even at 144, he said so himself.
